Impact Housing Foundation is a non-profit organization that promotes urban and human regeneration with a focus on housing and based on impact financing.
FIH specializes in research and design in the field of impact housing to create new models,
to increase knowledge and to strengthen collaborations between public bodies, for-profit and
non-profit organizations and urban communities.
FIH has an operational approach based on studying and implementing pilots to: disseminate information, skills and tools; implement actions that can influence policies and how private and public investments and resources are allocated.
